- Hoptrans
Nature of work:
- Formation and sending of invoices to customers using the electronic transport management system used in the company;
- Verification of original transport documents, their correct distribution/attribution to completed shipments and already issued invoices;
- Communication via e-mail with customers operating in foreign and domestic markets on various issues of sales invoices and/or documentation of completed shipments;
- VAT corrections of issued sales invoices using the NAVISION accounting program;
- Daily cooperation with department colleagues in order to achieve a common result.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education or are a final year student (in the fields of accounting, finance, transport management or logistics);
- You are attentive to details, you carry out the assigned tasks responsibly and are able to work both independently and in a team;
- You have good computer skills;
- You communicate in English both written and spoken;
- You have a strong internal motivation to improve your knowledge and skills.
Experience in similar/analogous work is a great advantage.
