We are looking for an accountant who will help ensure smooth daily accounting and be a reliable pillar for the chief accountant.

🧾 Your main responsibilities:
Entering purchase invoices into the accounting system with the help of AI (goods and services).
Entering purchase orders into the accounting / management system.
Daily settlement of bank payments with accounting data.
Administration of debts of buyers and suppliers, monitoring of settlements.
Management of personnel documentation according to internal procedures.
Fuel accounting according to trip sheets, ensuring data accuracy.
Assistance to the chief accountant in monthly closing work.
Preparation and transfer of import invoices to the company managing GPAIS accounting.
Creation and maintenance of product cards in the accounting system.
Archiving of accounting documents (physical and digital).

✅ What we expect from you:
Experience in the field of accounting (accountant / assistant accountant position).
Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
Ability to work with accounting programs and Excel.
Understanding of accounting for purchases, debts and bank transactions.
An orderly work style and the ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in a team and contribute to the overall result.
