Your main task:
- Accounting and registering primary goods receipt documents in the accounting system.
- Administration of discrepancies between the fact of goods receipt recorded by the warehouse and the quantities indicated in customer documents.
- Communication with suppliers regarding the correction of incorrect documents, receipt of rewritten invoices and credit documents.
- Performing document corrections and adjusting accounting data.
- Issuing and administering electronic discrepancy acts.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the accounting manager.
Work schedule:
5-day work week, working from Monday to Friday and every second Saturday (then a day off is given on Monday or the next day of the week)
We expect you to:
- Have a higher or higher education in accounting, finance, economics or a similar field.
- Have work experience in accounting, warehouse accounting or goods receipt (this would be an advantage).
- Able to work with accounting and/or warehouse management systems and have good computer skills (including MS Excel).
- You are meticulous, attentive to details, take a responsible approach to work, are able to analyze data and promptly resolve discrepancies and other problems.
- Have good communication skills and are able to cooperate with suppliers and internal departments of the company.
- Speak English and/or Russian (this would be an advantage).
