Nature of work
- Control of customer and supplier debt accounting and reconciliation of settlements.
- Preparation, verification and entry of primary accounting documents into the accounting system.
- Administration and archiving of accounting documents.
- Management of employee business trip accounting: calculation of daily allowances, verification of advance calculations and accounting of business trip expenses.
- Collection, verification and entry of data for calculating wages.
- Assistance in calculating wages and preparing documents, reports and declarations related to payroll accounting.
- Control of accounting data, provision of information to management and cooperation with other departments of the company.
- Execution of other accounting-related orders of the direct manager.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in accounting, finance, economics or similar field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in accounting.
- Ability to work with MS Office package (especially Excel).
- Diligence, responsibility, analytical thinking and good work planning skills.
