- Receipt of goods purchase invoices in the “Rivile GAMA” program.
- Administration of goods transactions between warehouses (internal accounting).
- Management of goods balances, discrepancies and inventory results.
- Administration of revaluations and returned goods.
- Maintenance of Intrastat data.
- Cooperation with the supply department, warehouse and other company departments.
Employee requirements
- Practical work experience with the “Rivile GAMA” program.
- Ability to independently perform operations in “Rivile”.
- Understanding of accounting or goods movement processes.
- Diligence, attentiveness and responsibility.
- Good computer skills.
