- Smooth movement of documents between company departments and external institutions.
- Communication with external suppliers: ordering stationery, etc.
- Correspondence (letters, e-mail) management and their administration.
- Assistance to the chief accountant on other accounting-related issues.
- Administration of office activities.
- Coordination of calls.
- Administration and maintenance of social networks.
- Preparation of reports and submission to statistics.

- Higher or advanced education.
- Knowledge of correspondence.
- Computer skills (especially MS Excel).
