You will issue VAT invoices to customers (weekly cycle) and monitor their payment
I calculate drivers' salaries, daily allowances and travel expenses
I communicate with drivers on a daily basis on work issues (documents, benefits, schedules)
You will reconcile debt balances with customers, prepare reminders
You will help manage personnel documents (business trip orders, A1 certificates)

Employee requirements
Accounting or bookkeeping experience (invoicing, payroll)
Diligence when working with numbers — there can be no mistakes in the accounts
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
