Nature of work
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Administration of the company's customer debts, recording and updating information about debts, payments and their changes in the company's systems;
- Control of customer settlements, tracking payments and timely identification of unpaid invoices;
- Analysis of the status of debts, determining the reasons for late payments and systematization of information;
- Communication with customers by e-mail and telephone regarding unpaid invoices, payment terms and settlements;
- Preparation of periodic debt management reports for management, presentation of key results and changes;
- Participation in improving debt administration and payment control processes.
Employee requirements
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- You have a university or higher education in finance, accounting, economics or business administration;
- You have good written English and are able to communicate fluently with foreign clients;
- You are able to work with Microsoft Office programs: Excel (tables, formulas, data analysis), Word (document preparation), Outlook (e-mail, calendar);
- You are attentive to details, responsible and organized;
- You are able to analyze information, work with large amounts of data and notice discrepancies;
- You are able to independently plan work, meet deadlines and resolve emerging situations;
