Nature of work
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Formulating and sending invoices to customers using the electronic transport management system installed in the company;
- Verifying original transport documents, their proper distribution and assignment to completed transports and issued invoices;
- Adjusting invoices, issuing credit notes and administering other changes related to sales documents;
- Communicating via e-mail with foreign and Lithuanian customers on various issues of sales invoices and documentation of completed transports;
- Archiving documents and ensuring their proper storage;
- Participating in improving the invoicing and document administration processes.
- Daily cooperation with colleagues, ensuring smooth execution of processes and achievement of common team goals.
- Performing tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- You have a university or higher education in finance, accounting, economics or business administration;
- You have good written English and are able to communicate fluently with foreign clients;
- You are able to work with Microsoft Office programs: Excel (tables, formulas, data analysis), Word (document preparation), Outlook (e-mail, calendar);
- You are attentive to details, responsible and organized;
- You are able to analyze information, work with large amounts of data and notice discrepancies;
- You are able to independently plan work, meet deadlines and resolve emerging situations;
