Accountant (s) at the transport company

We are looking for a diligent and responsible person to join our team and take care of the administration of invoices and documents related to transport and forwarding services.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Issuing invoices for transport and forwarding services and administering settlements;
• Checking and administering received invoices;
• Entering, correcting and maintaining data;
• Resolving customer and partner inquiries and discrepancies related to invoices;
• Communicating with customers and colleagues;
• Checking transport documents and other information related to settlements;
• Ensuring orderly documentation and a smooth settlement process.
• Performing tasks assigned by the manager.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU:

• Have a professional or higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, logistics or a similar field;
• You are good at working with a computer and use Microsoft Office programs;
• You are meticulous, responsible and attentive to details;
• You are able to independently organize your work;
• You are able to analyze information and notice discrepancies;
• You are reliable and able to work in a team;
• You are able to communicate professionally with clients and partners;
• You speak German or English - we will consider this an advantage.

Experience in a transport, logistics or forwarding company would be a great advantage.
