Nature of work
Coordination of VAT invoices and payment processes, Request resolution:
- Registration of new customers in accounting systems;
- Issuing VAT invoices to customers;
- Assistance in preparing payment orders;
- Working with Customer inquiries (registration, resolution)
- Reconciliation of payments received for services;
- Checking balance accounts;
- Reconciling debts and balances with customers;
- Working with the accounting software SAP and e-Broker.
Employee requirements
- Higher economic/accounting education;
- Excellent computer skills (Excel);
- Excellent English language skills;
- Responsibility, diligence, organization, independence;
- Desire to constantly learn and improve
- Teamwork.
