Nature of work
Administration and allocation of expenses related to the employment of drivers;
Verification of invoices and other related documents;
Data entry into the accounting program and ensuring their accuracy;
Organization of the purchase of airline tickets;
Preparation and submission of reports on employed and non-employed employees to the accounting department;
Monitoring and control of cost transfers to group companies;
Communication with external partners regarding unpaid debts, invoices and other financial issues.

Employee requirements
Experience in administration, coordination, accounting, HR;
Good working skills in MS Excel, experience in working with data management systems would be an advantage;
Very good knowledge of English and Russian;
Ability to work with large amounts of information and ensure data accuracy.
