Nature of work
- Process and maintain primary accounting documents (sales invoices, purchase invoices, and inventory write-off records).
- Prepare and manage export documentation.
- Prepare and administer certificates and related documentation.
- Collect, organize, and enter data into internal information systems.
- Maintain packaging accounting records and ensure compliance with packaging reporting requirements in Lithuania and across Europe.
- Process and administer customer orders.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Employee requirements
- A vocational, college, or higher education qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, a responsible attitude, and good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience working with accounting software would be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
