We are looking for a responsible, organized and meticulous accounting administrator who will contribute to the daily activities of the company and ensure the smooth implementation of administrative and accounting processes.

We are looking for a responsible, organized and meticulous accounting administrator who will contribute to the daily activities of the company and ensure the smooth implementation of administrative and accounting processes.
Main job functions
- Registration of sales and purchase invoices in the accounting system.
- Issuing invoices to customers.
- Control of debts and settlements.
- Drawing up employee work schedules.
- Administration of supplier and customer data.
- Communication with customers by phone and e-mail.
- Checking and archiving primary accounting documents.
- Assistance to the manager with daily administrative issues.
- Other administrative tasks.
Employee requirements
We hope that you
- Speak English at least at B2 level (oral and written).
- Have good skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Have good logical thinking, diligence and responsibility.
- Are able to plan your time and work in a team.

- Salary 1,500–1,800 € / month (before taxes, depending on experience and competencies).
