Monthly salary: €3,520.00 - €5,280.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the preparation of financial statements of assigned companies in accordance with IFRS and the Group's accounting policy
- Coordinate the period-closing process, reconciliation of transactions between group companies and provision of data for consolidation
- Oversee accounting control measures, implement changes in IFRS and legal acts
- Coordinate audit and annual inventory processes, cooperate with institutions and auditors
- Consult internal and external clients on accounting and IFRS issues
- Participate in the improvement of accounting policies, methodologies, processes, strategic projects and implementation of IT solutions
- Initiate and implement solutions for streamlining and automating accounting processes
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the field of finance/audit/accounting
- Work experience in the field of accounting, audit or finance
- Management experience, working with people in projects or other joint activities
- Very good Microsoft Office computer skills skills
- Analytical thinking, organization, initiative and openness to change
- Fluent Lithuanian and English at least B1 level
- User-level skills in various business management systems, experience in working with SAP program (advantage)
- Knowledge and application of Lithuanian legislation and international accounting standards in accounting
