Monthly salary: €3,520.00 - €5,280.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements of assigned companies and compliance with IFRS requirements and group accounting policies
- Prepare and coordinate the period closing calendar and ensure timeliness of period closing actions
- Monitor and implement effective controls and relevant changes in IFRS and legal acts
- Organize and ensure reconciliation of transactions between group companies
- Provide reports and information to the group consolidation team
- Cooperate with LTG group company divisions on issues of group accounting policies and accounting processes
- Coordinate audit and annual inventory processes of assigned companies, ensure submission of correct data to relevant institutions and implement their recommendations
- Provide high-quality and timely services to internal and external clients, provide consultations on accounting, IFRS application issues and participate in joint meetings
- Participate in preparing changes to methodologies, processes, accounting policies and other documents, in accounting process improvement, strategic projects and information systems implementation
- Actively initiate and get involved in process improvement ideas, constantly seek efficiency opportunities, be interested in advanced modern accounting, computerization, automation methods and tools used in the market
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the field of finance, audit or accounting
- Work experience in the field of accounting, audit or finance
- Knowledge and application of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and international accounting standards in accounting
- Skills in working with various business management systems (at the user level) and experience in working with the SAP program (would be considered an advantage)
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Leadership experience in working with people in projects or other joint activities
- Analytical thinking, organization, initiative and openness to change
- Fluent Lithuanian and English at least B1 level
