Brolis Semiconductors develops advanced electro-optical and laser systems, and as the team grows, we are looking for an Accounting Coordinator who values accuracy, clear processes, and the opportunity to grow with the company. In this position, you will be an important part of the finance team - you will take care of smooth daily accounting, help ensure data accuracy, and be able to contribute to process improvement.

In this position, you will be an important part of the finance team - you will take care of smooth daily accounting, help ensure data accuracy, and be able to contribute to process improvement.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?:
- You will check and register the primary accounting documents of the group of companies and ensure that they are entered into the accounting system in a timely and correct manner.
- You will prepare and check advance accounting, monitor the deadlines for submitting documents.
- You will reconcile the account registers with accounting data and resolve any discrepancies noted.
- You will register bank transactions in the accounting system.
- You will contribute to the inventory process - prepare documentation, check data and administer the process.
- Having noticed opportunities to work more efficiently, you will be able to propose and implement improvements to accounting processes.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a degree in finance, accounting or a related field and practical experience in accounting.
- You are well-versed in primary accounting documents and know the basics of accounting.
- You are meticulous, responsible and like order, but at the same time you are able to see not only the document, but also the entire process.
- You have worked with accounting systems. Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage, but not necessary.
- You are able to notice discrepancies, find out their causes and propose a solution.
- You speak English at least at level B2. It will be needed in written communication and working with internal procedures.
