Nature of work
Timely and proper administration of the food aid accounting system in accordance with the procedure established in the organization:
- recording of information on food aid operations (reception/issuance) in the food aid accounting system;
- calculation/distribution of support values to beneficiaries according to the transferred support amounts;
- control of the support amounts received by organizations receiving support.
- smooth administration, storage, archiving of sponsors' food aid documents;
- generation of monthly support acceptance-transfer acts and coordination with beneficiaries. Document return control;
- generation of annual support value reconciliation acts and coordination with beneficiaries. Document return control;
You will do well in this job if you:
- You are able to independently plan and implement your activities, but at the same time you feel good working in a team;
- You have experience as an accountant;
- You are fluent in computers (especially Excel);
- You feel great when performing tasks that require great care;
- You are flexible and quickly orient yourself in unexpected situations;
- You enjoy communicating with people.
