We will trust you:
- Organization of the company's accounting, preparation of reports and supervision of the quality of the accounting process.
- Formation of accounting and tax policy, budget planning and management.
- Efficiency of accounting processes, programs and digitalization solutions.
- Organization of external audit and process management.
- Formation of the structure of the accounting department, team management and improvement according to the financial strategy.
- Organization of document collection, verification, archiving and automation processes.
- Preparation of summarized and specific reports for management, finance department and institutions (VMI, "Sodra", banks, insurance companies, etc.).
- Reliable control of settlement execution, payment procedures and ensuring their improvement.
We hope you:
- You have an education in the field of finance.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of accounting (experience working in a large structure or group of companies would be an advantage).
- You have experience working with a team, delegating tasks and solving problems.
- You have participated in the processes of installing or changing systems, contributing to the optimization of processes.
- You are fluent in English, Russian is an advantage.
