Nature of work:
- Organize and control the company's accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy of tax calculations and filing of declarations in accordance with applicable laws;
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and tax reports;
- Participate in the monthly closing;
- Initiate and implement solutions for optimizing and standardizing accounting processes, applying best practices;
- Cooperate with foreign accounting partners in European countries;
- Coordinate the audit process of annual financial statements and ensure its smooth implementation;
- Lead a team of 5-6 accountants: distribute tasks, ensure their high-quality and timely implementation, provide professional assistance, and develop team competencies.
Requirements:
- Higher university education (in finance, accounting, economics or similar field);
- Experience in accounting, finance or accounting;
- Experience in team management (experience in managing an accounting or finance department is an advantage);
- Experience in the areas of accounting process optimization, operational efficiency and digitalization;
- Ability to prepare financial reports for management and auditors;
- Excellent computer skills (experience in working with Business Central is an advantage);
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written at least B2 level).
