Your responsibilities:
- You will manage and develop an accounting team of 4 people;
- You will coordinate and improve accounting processes throughout the group of companies;
- You will ensure timely and legally compliant accounting management (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision);
- You will prepare interim, annual and consolidated financial statements and coordinate the annual audit process;
- You will prepare tax returns and reports for state institutions, creditors and company management;
- You will analyze financial results, provide insights and recommendations for business decisions;
- You will control the execution of budgets and compliance of purchases with approved plans;
- You will contribute to the optimization and efficiency increase of financial processes.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in accounting, finance or economics;
- You have accumulated at least 3-5 years of experience as a chief accountant, head of the accounting department or financial controller;
- You have experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and working in an audited company;
- You are well versed in the accounting and tax legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
- You have work experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision);
- You are fluent in financial analysis and are able to make data-based decisions;
- You speak English (written and spoken);
- You are proactive, able to lead a team, cooperate and successfully adapt to changes.
