Alytus, Birštonas, Prienai - UAB „STORA ENSO LIETUVA“

UAB Stora Enso Lietuva, part of the Southern European wood products manufacturing group, is currently looking for a new team member to work in the supply department in Alytus.

We are looking for candidates who are suitable for a shift work schedule Monday - Friday: 1st shift from 06:00 to 14:30, 2nd shift from 14:30 to 23:00.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receiving, systematizing, checking and registering primary production documents in the accounting program.
  • Entering supplier contract data into the program.
  • Preparing and registering delivery notes in the I. VAZ.
  • Preparing, registering and sending sales invoices.
  • Preparing and submitting reports.

Requirements

  • Higher or higher education in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Work experience in the field of accounting is an advantage, but we would also accept a final year student who can combine work with studies.
  • Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting.
  • Very good computer skills (MS Excel is used daily).
  • Diligence and attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to communicate.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (verbal and written).
  • Basics of English.
