What can you expect from this position?
This position requires attention to detail, accounting knowledge, and the ability to collaborate. Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist:
- Processing and recording incoming invoices, processing payments, and performing month-end closing tasks.
- Resolving inquiries and providing accurate reports to internal clients, external partners, or institutions.
- Preparing audit activities and data as requested by the auditor.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Providing accounting services in accordance with established controls, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting in ensuring monthly intercompany processes.
- Reviewing and reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Ad hoc tasks requiring accounting knowledge.
What do we expect from the candidate?
The candidate should have a degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field and 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably in an international service center. Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system in an international company would be an advantage. We expect them to have:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.
- Good understanding of internal control and risk management mechanisms.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Salary: from 2350 to 2450 EUR gross, the specific salary depends on the candidate's competence and work experience.
