What will you do with us?
- Administer the invoicing process: collect and systematize the necessary information, ensure data accuracy, timely invoicing and be responsible for the quality of accounting operations;
- Perform data and accounting information control and verification;
- Ensure smooth execution of accounting operations in accordance with established processes and procedures;
- Administer incoming payments and distribute funds in accordance with established requirements;
- Monitor receivables, perform debt control based on reports;
- Cooperate with debt collection partners on receivables administration issues;
- Contribute to the efficiency and quality assurance of accounting processes;
- Cooperate with colleagues in resolving daily accounting and administrative issues.
Hope you
- You have an education in accounting, finance, economics or a related field;
- You have experience in accounting, finance or administration (an advantage);
- You know the basic principles of accounting and are able to apply them in everyday work;
- You work well with MS Excel;
- You are focused on quality, accuracy and results;
- You are able to work both independently and in a team;
