Brand Club Wholesale is a clothing and accessories wholesale company that cooperates with Lithuanian and foreign partners.
We are looking for an accountant to join our team and help the chief accountant ensure smooth daily accounting of the company. We value practical experience, accuracy, the ability to notice discrepancies and the desire to deepen professional knowledge.
We work with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ("Navision") system.
Your tasks:
Checking, registering and processing primary accounting documents in the accounting system.
Accounting for purchases, sales, settlements and other daily business operations according to assigned responsibilities.
Reconciling accounting data and balances, identifying and clarifying discrepancies.
Preparing data, summaries and documents for the chief accountant.
Contribution to payroll accounting, reporting and other accounting processes.
Cooperation with colleagues and partners, collecting missing documents and correcting information.
Systematization and archiving of accounting documents.
Assistance to the chief accountant in performing current accounting tasks and improving work processes.
Specific accounting areas and distribution of responsibilities will be discussed during the selection process together with the chief accountant, taking into account your experience, competencies and company needs.

What do we expect?
Practical experience as an accountant, assistant accountant, bookkeeper or similar.
Knowledge of the basics of accounting and handling primary documents.
Experience working with an accounting program and the ability to learn to use new systems.
Good working skills in Excel: data filtering, sorting, basic formulas and data reconciliation.
Knowledge of English, allowing you to understand documents and correspond on everyday work issues.
Diligence, responsibility, confidentiality and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to independently perform agreed tasks and clarify emerging issues in a timely manner.
Willingness to learn and get involved in different areas of the company's accounting.
