Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Accounting Specialist to join the Artea Bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will digitize and process purchase invoices;
• You will prepare account allocations according to established cost, project and departmental breakdowns, ensuring data accuracy and meeting deadlines;
• You will administer assigned e-mails. mailboxes and transfer received invoices to the digitization system;
• Ensure a smooth invoice processing process - from their receipt to transfer to accounting specialists;
• Ensure accurate and timely data transfer between systems, identify discrepancies and initiate their resolution.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education in accounting, economics, finance or a similar field (can be a final year student);
• Experience with accounting or document management programs is an advantage;
• Excellent skills in working with MS Office;
• Responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, initiative and receptiveness to innovations;
• Smooth and correct presentation of thoughts both orally and in writing;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
