Your responsibilities:
- Invoicing and administration of settlements for transport and forwarding services;
- Checking and administering received invoices;
- Entering, correcting and maintaining data in systems;
- Resolving customer and partner inquiries and discrepancies related to invoices;
- Communicating with customers, partners and colleagues;
- Checking transport documents and other settlement-related information;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
We hope you:
- You have an education in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, logistics or a similar field;
- You are good at working with a computer and use Microsoft Office programs;
- You are responsible, diligent and have good work planning and organization skills;
- You have a category B driver's license (Workplace: Metelių g. 12, Vilnius);
- Experience in a transport, logistics or forwarding company would be an advantage.
