As BSW Engineering continues to grow and the scope of the projects we carry out increases, we are strengthening the Finance team and inviting an Accountant to join us. In this position, you will be responsible for daily accounting operations: administration of primary accounting documents, reconciliation and issuance of invoices, collection of data necessary for accounting and ensuring its accuracy. You will also cooperate with colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of accounting processes in a growing international organization.
As BSW Engineering continues to grow and the scope of the projects we carry out increases, we are strengthening the Finance team and inviting an Accountant to join us. In this position, you will be responsible for daily accounting operations: administration of primary accounting documents, reconciliation and issuance of invoices, collection of data necessary for accounting and ensuring its accuracy. You will also cooperate with colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of accounting processes in a growing international organization.
By joining BSW you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with the company's daily accounting - enter and administer incoming invoices, issue invoices;
- Administer primary accounting documents, bank statements and advance accounting;
- Collect and systematize data necessary for accounting according to established forms - for fuel write-offs, reports and other accounting operations;
- Reconcile payment and debt balances with suppliers and buyers;
- Ensure the accuracy of entered data and independently control the quality of the work performed;
- Cooperate with colleagues in collecting information necessary for accounting and ensuring its smooth presentation;
- Contribute to the smooth operation of accounting processes in a rapidly growing international company.
We expect from an Accounting Specialist:
- At least a college degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field;
- Practical experience working with primary accounting documents - invoices, bank statements, advance payments;
- Experience working with accounting programs and entering accounting data (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - an advantage);
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles;
- Experience in reconciling payments and debt balances with suppliers and buyers;
- Attention to detail, diligence and the ability to independently check the accuracy of the work performed;
- The ability to smoothly cooperate with colleagues and collect the information necessary for accounting;
- Initiative, responsibility and readiness to actively engage in the learning and professional development process.
