Management, development and motivation of the accounting team, ensuring clear responsibilities, high performance and professional development;
Responsibility for accurate and timely accounting of the Group's companies; management of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and ensuring the submission of reports within the established deadlines;
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and legal acts;
Ensuring compliance with Lithuanian tax, accounting and reporting requirements;
Control of the preparation of VAT, corporate income tax and other relevant tax declarations and compliance with legal acts;
Coordination of external audit and being the main contact person for auditors, tax administrator and other relevant institutions;
Ensuring the application of uniform accounting principles and processes in different legal entities;
Simplification, standardization, digitalization and automation of accounting processes;
Involvement in business growth, establishment of new legal entities, integrations and other projects, and organizational changes from an accounting perspective.

Education in accounting, economics, finance or another related field;
Experience in accounting, leading work as a chief accounting officer, accounting manager, chief accountant or similar position;
Experience in leading a team and developing it;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax legislation, experience in preparing financial statements and coordinating external audits;
Interest in technologies, digital tools and artificial intelligence and initiative in finding and applying new solutions in accounting and financial processes;
Excellent working skills in MS Excel, knowledge of NAV, SAP or other similar ERP systems would be an advantage;
Good professional knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Leadership, communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders, ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

4600-6100 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on experience and competencies and will be discussed individually during the interview.
