Nature of work:
- Working with the company's internal system: creating and administering customer accounts and preparing financial documents;
- Document reconciliation, invoicing and checking;
- Customer creditworthiness assessment and credit term administration;
- Payment monitoring, administration and debt management;
- Cargo insurance process administration;
- Preparing reports and other financial documents.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of accounting (experience in a logistics company is an advantage);
- Knowledge of accounting documents and the ability to ensure their accuracy and orderly administration;
- Responsibility, attention to detail and good time management skills;
- Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English;
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office programs, experience in working with accounting systems.
