We are looking for someone who would take over the engineering part of complex public and private lighting projects and be able to make independent, reasoned decisions.
What will you do (Your responsibilities):
- Selection of luminaires and system components, balancing between the architect's/designer's vision and economic/engineering logic in different projects: hotels/shops/streets/parks and other objects.
- Analysis of technical and design documentation (drawings, diagrams), preparation of estimates and preparation of commercial offers.
- Technical support for the team: Active engineering support for sales managers in resolving issues of lighting parameters, luminaire design and smart systems (e.g. DALI).
- Lighting calculations: Working with Dialux / Relux programs, ensuring that the selected solutions meet regulatory and customer expectations.
- Systematization of technical documentation for luminaires, product analysis and preparation of a specification package.
What do we expect from you:
- Deep knowledge of the lighting field (MUST): You have a good understanding of lighting parameters, the characteristics of luminaire designs and lighting control systems.
- Engineering/Spatial thinking: Ability to read construction, architectural or electrical drawings and diagrams fluently. Higher engineering (electrical, construction, automation) education.
- Independence: Ability not only to perform calculations, but also to defend a technical solution in an argumentative manner before a client or manager.
- Software: Good skills in working with Dialux / Relux and AutoCAD. Experience as an engineer-estimator is a great advantage.
- Orientation towards an accurate, fully completed result without leaving any “gray areas”.
The company offers:
- Salary: €2000–2500/month. in cash, depending on your level of engineering competence.
