Nature of work
Quality customer service, including polite, tactful and pleasant communication, attentive and empathetic approach to customers;
Detailed and smooth provision of information about the clinic's services live, by phone;
Registration of patients for consultations, procedures, patient supervision, from appointment with a doctor, examination and information provision to the end of service provision;
Call reception, routing, correspondence management;
Bringing information into computer systems;
Performing tasks assigned by the manager;
Communication with doctors;

WE HOPE THAT:
- You have similar work experience in a medical institution or in the field of customer service;
- You speak Lithuanian correctly, both orally and in writing.
- You are attentive, helpful, able to communicate tactfully, clearly and politely, you are an attentive, meticulous, tidy, responsible, organized person.
- You have a desire to learn and improve, you have a quick orientation, you make decisions quickly;
- Computer skills, MS office package program skills (e.g. excel, word), the ability to find the necessary information;
- Working with a cash register;
- An advantage - good spoken knowledge of Russian and English.
