💚 Šeškinės Polyclinic is one of the largest healthcare institutions in Vilnius, providing qualified outpatient primary and secondary personal healthcare, day hospital, physical medicine and outpatient rehabilitation services.

We are currently looking for reinforcements and invite you to join the District Administrator.

Nature of work:

  • Registering patients with family doctors and specialist doctors (on site and by phone);
  • Providing information about the services provided at the clinic;
  • Registering new patients and newborns;
  • Working with referrals to specialist doctors;
  • Working with medical information systems;
  • Document management and preparing copies for patients.

Employee requirements:

  • At least secondary education;
  • Experience in customer service (work in the medical field is a great advantage);
  • Completed a qualification improvement program of at least 8 hours
"Development of communication competencies of healthcare professionals at work";
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, ability to communicate in at least one foreign language (oral and written);
  • Good communication, organizational and work planning skills;
  • Ability to systematize information and work independently;
  • Very good computer skills.

  • Salary from 1802 EUR (gross);
