We believe that business can create real change, so we are looking for a Landscaping Specialist who will join us in developing sustainable solutions and creating new opportunities for the future.
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Organization and coordination of landscaping and territory maintenance works.
- Consulting clients on solutions for landscaping plants, flower beds and territories.
- Planning and preparation of landscaping projects, distribution of work and control of implementation.
- Selection of plants, flowers, decorative plantings and organization of planting.
- Organization of employee work at facilities and quality control of performed works.
- Preparation of estimates, commercial offers and necessary documentation.
- Communication with suppliers, ordering plants and materials.
- Ensuring order, aesthetic environment and work deadlines at facilities.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Higher or higher education in landscaping, environmental management, agronomy, landscape design or similar field.
- Experience in landscaping, territory maintenance or project coordination.
- Knowledge of plant, flower, ornamental planting care and planting.
- Ability to plan and organize landscaping work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare work proposals, estimates and coordinate work execution.
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions independently.
- Computer literacy (MS Office or other).
- Driver's license (category B).
- Responsibility, organization and orientation towards work quality.
