Ferris wheel operator | Kaunas IN

Operation and maintenance of the Ferris wheel in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, established safety requirements and internal procedures (we provide all necessary training);

Daily inspection of the Ferris wheel and its equipment before starting work and during operation, recording of any faults or discrepancies and reporting information to the responsible persons;

Organization and supervision of safe boarding and disembarking of visitors;

Ensuring proper and balanced loading of gondolas;

Management of visitor flows and ensuring compliance with safety requirements in the area of the Ferris wheel;

Response to technical malfunctions, non-standard and emergency situations in accordance with established procedures;

Ensuring cleanliness, order and aesthetic appearance of the gondolas, operator's workplace and the area of the Ferris wheel;

Cooperation with customer service specialists and other team members, ensuring safe and smooth operation of the Ferris wheel;

Performance of other tasks related to the safe operation and smooth operation of the Ferris wheel.

Responsibility, duty and honesty;

Carefulness, ability to comply with established safety requirements and work procedures;

Ability to quickly orientate, respond flexibly and act calmly in non-standard situations;

Ability to work in a team and communicate smoothly with colleagues and visitors;

Good knowledge of Lithuanian and ability to communicate in English;

At least secondary education;

Willingness to work on a rotating work schedule from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays (40 hours per week, specific work schedule will be agreed with the selected candidates);

A certificate of high-level work would be an advantage, but not necessary - we will provide the necessary training and qualifications;

Experience in technical work, equipment operation or similar work would be an advantage, but not necessary.
