Architect

COWI in Lithuania is expanding its range of services and starting a collaboration with Arkitema. In COWI, you will become part of global architectural team and collaborate on various projects in Denmark. In co-creation with customers and citizens, COWI and Arkitema create sustainable communities. Our vision is to develop solutions that are people-focused and enhance liveability and quality of life. Our process starts before the design phase and continues long after the project has finished and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the client, user, and our partners. In this position, you will join our team of architects and work across various projects in Denmark. Your primary task in our team will be to work with Arkitema office experts and provide assistance from Constructing Architect perspective.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Designing of various buildings in Revit environment
  
• Preparing drawings, technical documentation, participating in project team meetings
  
• Delivering according to deadlines
  
• Maintaining constructive and value-adding relationships with colleagues from the Arkitema office

On top of that, you should:

• Have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering, or similar. Education obtained in Denmark would be considered an advantage
  
• Have at least 2 years of experience using Revit software (similar 3D modeling software may also be considered)
  
• Possess knowledge of current design and architecture industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations
  
• Having team management experience would be considered an advantage
  
• Have proficient written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of the Danish language would be considered an advantage

The salary range from junior to senior level specialists is from 2400 to 3900 EUR before taxes. The final offer is individual and will be based on your competencies and experience.
