Nature of work
Design of residential buildings (single-family, two-family houses):
- Creation, development and adaptation of architectural solutions according to the needs of the client and project requirements;
- Communication with clients;
- Preparation of architectural and site development drawings;
- Preparation of the architectural part of project proposals;
- Creation of a 3D model;
- Cooperation with colleagues and other project participants.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in architecture or civil engineering;
- Work experience in the field of residential design;
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD programs;
- Good knowledge of architectural design principles;
- Creativity, sense of aesthetics and attention to detail;
- Ability to make decisions independently and responsibly manage one's tasks;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Ability to cooperate and work in a team;
- Desire to create high-quality, aesthetic and durable residential architecture.
