Nature of work

  • Preparation of the architectural part of the projects;
  • Preparation and coordination of project documentation, control of compliance with project deadlines;
  • Communication with customers, developers of other project parts, other project or construction participants.

Employee requirements

  • You have a higher education in the field of architecture;
  • You have a qualification certificate for the project manager of the architectural part and the maintenance work (advantage);
  • You are able to independently prepare the architectural part of residential, public, production or other purpose projects;
  • You are familiar with design and construction processes, construction technical regulations, hygiene standards, fire safety regulatory rules;
  • You know how to work with AutoCad, Revit, Office and other computer programs (advantage – Revit (or other BIM-compatible programs) or experience in participating in BIM projects);
  • You have good oral and written English skills;
  • You have very good time planning and organizational skills;
  • You should have a category B driver's license and practical driving experience.
