We are currently looking for a new team member - an architect from the Architecture Department, who would contribute to the further development and growth of the city with their work.

Upon joining the team, you will be responsible for:
- you will evaluate architectural solutions of construction projects prepared in the city of Vilnius and ensure their compliance with the requirements of legal acts;
- you will prepare special architectural requirements;
- you will examine design proposals and other documentation submitted with the application for issuing construction permits;
- you will provide conclusions in construction completion procedures;
- you will provide conclusions to the chief architect on issues related to the assessment of construction projects;
- you will examine complaints and inquiries from applicants and prepare responses to them.
We hope you:
- you have at least a university degree or equivalent in the field of architecture, environmental engineering (bachelor's degree);
- you have work experience in the field of architecture;
- you are able to work with "Infostatyba", TPDRIS, TPDR and "ArcGIS" systems;
- you have excellent administrative language skills;
- you are responsible, meticulous, observant, have analytical, critical thinking;
- you are able to plan work, set priorities, meet deadlines and independently solve emerging problems.
