Nature of work
- Preparation of architectural and site plan project parts for residential, public, etc. buildings;
- Preparation of tasks for other parts of the project;
- Cooperation with the project team;
- Preparation of visualizations (as needed);
Employee requirements
- Education – higher, university;
- Field of study – architecture, civil engineering;
- Similar work experience in the field of building design (at least 1 year);
- Ability to independently create functional diagrams of buildings, to foresee the requirements of regulatory legal acts, to be able to read and understand territorial planning documents, to know and be able to apply the principles of universal design;
- Excellent skills in working with computer programs: Autodesk AutoCAD;
- Experience in working with Autodesk RevitSketchUp, Lumion software - an advantage;
- Driving license (category B);
