Idmava Group is a group of companies operating in the construction field for more than 20 years, combining design, construction management, renovation and real estate development under one roof. Our uniqueness is our internal design office, which allows us to make decisions quickly and without intermediaries. We are rapidly expanding in the Samogitia and Vilnius regions and are building teams.
We are looking for an Architect who will join the team and take on the entire project coordination chain: from the idea to the implementation stage.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- You will prepare architectural projects for apartment renovation and new construction projects
- You will coordinate the design process, in cooperation with the internal team and other project participants
- You will prepare and administer project documentation
- You will cooperate with customers and external partners, and be responsible for supervising the project process at all stages
- You will work with AutoCAD, Revit programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in the field of architecture, civil engineering
- Similar experience in design and project coordination
- Working experience with Autocad (Revit experience would be a great advantage)
- Experience in apartment building renovation would be a great advantage

- Salary: 3300–4100 EUR gross (depending on experience)
