We are currently expanding our team of architects, so we are looking for an ARCHITECT, PROJECT MANAGER or PROJECT MANAGER. Responsibilities and the proposed salary will depend on the candidate's experience and position held.
- Preparation of the architectural part of the project (technical and working designs);
- Design of buildings and spaces, preparation of construction drawings;
- Preparation of project documentation, control of compliance with deadlines;
- Cooperation with the team, construction specialists, search and implementation of solutions;
- Work with large-scale projects;
- In the position of project manager - management and coordination of the entire project.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of architecture;
- Consistent work experience in the field of architecture;
- Good skills in working with 3D design;
- Responsibility, organization and ability to work in a team;
- Experience in working with commercial projects and a desire to improve.
