We are currently looking for an Architect (Project Management) who would coordinate design processes from the initial idea to project implementation, collaborate with designers and coordinating institutions and ensure the smooth progress of projects, adherence to deadlines and quality.
We are currently looking for an Architect (Project Management) who would coordinate design processes from the initial idea to project implementation, collaborate with designers and coordinating institutions and ensure the smooth progress of projects, adherence to deadlines and quality.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination and management of commercial and other commercial and residential projects.
- Supervision of the preparation and coordination of design contracts and documentation.
- Cooperation with designers and coordinating institutions.
- Control of project deadlines, budget and progress.
- Implementation of smooth project preparation.
What to expect:
- Higher education in architecture, construction or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in architecture, design or project management.
- Experience in coordinating projects and collaborating with specialists from different fields.
- Experience with commercial properties; we would also appreciate experience in designing apartment buildings or other commercial properties.
- Good knowledge of design processes and legislation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Dalux and other programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
