We are looking for a creative and competent colleague who wants to design exceptional wooden houses and implement international projects together with an experienced team - from the first idea to the actual construction.
We are looking for a creative and competent colleague who wants to design exceptional wooden houses and implement international projects together with an experienced team - from the first idea to the actual construction.
What are you going to do?
- I will design individual high-class houses, guest houses, garages and other wooden structures.
- I will create architectural concepts, project alternatives and search for the best technical solutions.
- I will prepare architectural and technical drawings and design documentation required for building permits.
- I will adjust projects according to customer needs, technical requirements and team comments.
- I will participate in meetings with customers, partners and international project teams.
- I will work with Revit, DWG, IFC and other project files.
- I will cooperate with constructors, engineers, interior designers, production team and project managers.
- I will contribute to the adaptation of solutions to production, logistics and construction works.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education in architecture, civil engineering or another related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in architectural or technical design.
- Work well in Revit or another equivalent design program.
- Understand the interrelationship between architectural and structural solutions.
- Able to independently plan your work and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Communicate well in English, both written and verbal.
- You are responsible, meticulous, proactive and focused on quality results.
- Able to cooperate with specialists from different fields and reasonedly seek the best solution.
