Nature of work
Vilnius, 7:00/9:00 - 16:00/18:00, I–V ;
- In cooperation with the project manager, prepare the general (BD), architectural (SA) and site plan (SP) parts of technical work projects (in full or partial scope);
- Prepare drawings, explanatory notes, technical specifications and bills of quantities;
- Analyze the client's task, project documentation, current situation and legal requirements;
- Perform inspections of structures and participate in the preparation of design solutions;
- Adjust projects according to expert comments and adjustments made during project supervision;
- Cooperate with other project participants.
Employee requirements
- Higher university architectural education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the position of an architect;
- Good working skills with AutoCAD, Revit, ZWCAD or similar programs;
- Ability to read and analyze construction legislation (STR, laws, TP documents);
- Responsibility, organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Want to learn and improve.
