What are we looking for?
The brand "Lapino namai" is rapidly expanding its activities and is inviting an ARCHITECT to join its growing team.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a higher university education (engineering architecture or architecture).
- You have good skills in working with Revit and Microsoft Office programs.
- You have at least 1 year of work experience as an architect.
- You have experience in preparing technical drawings and technical documentation (forming pdf files).
- You are result-oriented, independent and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are able to work both in a team and independently.
Nature of work:
- Preparation of architectural and/or site plan parts of projects.
- Preparation of tasks for other engineering parts.
- Participation in the process of issuing construction permits.
- Preparation of project documentation, control of compliance with deadlines.
- BIM modeling and coordination in the Revit environment.
- Collaboration with the team, search for and implementation of creative solutions.
