Nature of work:
- Preparation of architectural solutions from the idea to the end of the building construction.
- Preparation of project documentation, formation of PP and TDP files.
- Communication with clients, designers of engineering parts and contractors.
- Coordination of team work, coordination of the project with institutions (taking into account experience).
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in architecture (a prerequisite).
- You have implemented more than one architectural project (a prerequisite, if you have at least 2-3 years of work experience, working in a team, designing larger objects).
- You are able to work with ArchiCAD (a prerequisite, but we would like to ask you to learn in a few months, we will provide assistance).
- You know how to find relevant construction law documents (a prerequisite).
- You are able to work both independently and in a team (a prerequisite).
- PDV / PV certificate (a prerequisite).
