Nature of work
- Preparation of architectural projects or their parts in accordance with the STR and other technical regulations;
- Development and coordination of design solutions with customers and project participants;
- Preparation of technical drawings, 3D models and visualizations using the Revit program;
- Preparation of project documentation and participation in coordination processes;
- Work with objects of various purposes - from individual houses to large-scale public and residential buildings.
Successful work will require:
- Higher education in architecture;
- at least 3 years of experience in the field of architecture;
- Ability to work in the Revit program;
- English (B2 level), Russian - an advantage;
- Experience in preparing larger-scale projects (apartment buildings, public buildings);
- Knowledge of the STR requirements and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Familiarity with the IS Infostatyba system;
- Qualification certificate - an advantage.
