Nature of work
- I will design individual and multiple residential houses for the US and Canadian market - from the first idea to the final project.
- I will create the architectural concept, layout, exterior and main interior solutions of the house.
- I will prepare construction drawings for residential houses according to US standards and the imperial measurement system (feet/inches). We will train you in the specifics of US design and drawing preparation and working with the imperial measurement system.
- I will communicate directly with clients in English via e-mail - you will present your solutions, discuss their needs and coordinate project changes.
- I will organize my work and make architectural decisions throughout the project, but you will always be able to consult with other Truoba architects.

What do we expect?
- Higher university education in architecture.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of architecture or residential design.
- Ability to independently develop a project from concept to final drawings.
- Experience in preparing construction drawings.
- Good Archicad and Photoshop skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly and meticulously.
- Strong design sense, willingness to learn and interest in US architecture.
