ARCHITECT (VILNUS, KAUNAS)

Kaunas - UAB „Veiklos Valdymo Sprendimai“
One of the largest design companies, providing energy, building and infrastructure design, geodesy, BIM modeling, and technical maintenance services in Lithuania and Northern Europe, is inviting an ARCHITECT to join the team! The company has branches in both Vilnius and Kaunas, and we are considering candidates from various cities.

YOUR FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of architectural and site plan project parts of residential, public, etc. buildings (many apartment renovation projects);
  • If desired and needed, the opportunity to participate in relevant public procurements and form your own project portfolio;
  • Preparation of tasks for other parts of the project;
  • Cooperation with the project team;
  • Preparation of visualizations (as needed).

WE HOPE YOU:

  • You have a higher education (preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering);
  • You have similar work experience in the field of building design (at least 1 year) - would be an advantage;
  • You are able to independently create functional diagrams of buildings, see the requirements of regulatory legal acts, be able to read and understand territorial planning documents, know and be able to apply the principles of universal design;
  • You have excellent AutoCAD skills;
  • Experience working with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion software - an advantage;
  • Driver's license (category B).
